We are completely self-funded, although we have now been the recipient of two Cheltenham Community Pride grants. Up until now we have run two major events a year - our Summer Festival and a Christmas Craft Fair - together with a number of smaller fundraisers. And we have had the help of more than 100 local sponsors. You can see our current list of sponsors here. We are enormously grateful for their support.
As our running costs, such as printing and insurance, have slowly been increasing we have just started a new monthly cash draw (that you can read about above) so that we do not have to worry about covering our basic overheads.
We have had masses of media coverage since we started and you can see the list here.

The Cheltenham Connect SkillSpace Group wants to explore what really matters to business, trades and craftspeople in the area. How do we create a resilient business community that can withstand both economic pressures and the need to think about a sustainable future? How do we ensure that we all achieve a good work/life balance?
We hope that by coming together we can find solutions that will make us a stronger and more fulfilled community.
Anyone who lives and/ or works within the Cheltenham Connect area (i.e. the residential and trading community around Leckhampton, Naunton Park, the South section of the Bath Road, Tivoli, The Park and The Suffolks) can join this group.
We would like YOU and the rest of the group to:
*Have the opportunity to meet other local business peoplewith similar aims in an informal arena
* Be focused on skills, not only commerce (and that many of us have hidden skills and interests that we do outside of work)
* Explore a ‘new kind of wealth’that is about more than money
* Look at why we do what we do and how we develop a life/work balance
* Emphasize the importance ofbuying local, but to be realistic about the issues around this
* Explore how we can work together to reduce our carbon emissions
* Explore how we can work together to attract more tradeinto the area
* See what sorts of possibilities there are for resource sharing
* Explore skill-swaps and sharing
* Look at ways that we cansupport our local community
* Find ways that the community can support us
