Members of the core team meet very informally most Wednesdays from 7-9pm at the Exmouth Arms on the Bath Road. If you have an idea that you would like to discuss or would like to just meet us come do come along!

FUNDING AND SPONSORSHIP
We are completely self-funded, although we have now been the recipient of two Cheltenham Community Pride grants. Up until now we have run two major events a year - our Summer Festival and a Christmas Craft Fair - together with a number of smaller fundraisers. And we have had the help of more than 100 local sponsors. You can see our current list of sponsors here. We are enormously grateful for their support.
As our running costs, such as printing and insurance, have slowly been increasing we have just started a new monthly cash draw (that you can read about above) so that we do not have to worry about covering our basic overheads.

THE CHELTENHAM GREAT ENERGY SURVEY
Cheltenham Connect is pleased to support a new initiative designed to help the people of Cheltenham to cut their energy bills, have warmer and more energy efficient homes and reduce carbon emissions.
Transition Town Cheltenham is a local community-based organisation that was recently awarded funding from the Government to undertake an energy efficiency project in the town. They need as much information as possible about the types of homes people in our community live in. This will allow them to design a project that meets the needs of people living in Cheltenham.
We realise that everyone is busy, so as a way of thanking you for your time, everyone returning a survey to us by the closing date of 2nd March will be entered in a prize draw with 4 chances to win a £50 voucher to spend at your local co-op.
